Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
In the rare event that you wish to exchange a product, please read our policies below:

No Refund Available. You Can Only Replace or Exchange the Product.

We accept exchanges within 3 working days (from the date of delivery). If 3 days have passed since the receipt of your order, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Please note, we are unable to process an exchange for sarees once the saree falls and edges have been stitched, or the blouse has been cut. No exchange or return is allowed for ready-made garments or ready-made blouses.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email us at vallisvaseha@gmail.com with a photo and opening video of the damaged product with the tags within 24 hours of receiving your order, or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9600094668.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition (with the foldings and tags intact) that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We strictly don’t accept exchanges for color differences or material feel.

To initiate an exchange, please write to us at vallisvaseha@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9600094668 with complete information—Order Details, the reason for your intention to exchange the product. This should be done within 2 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate, and accept or decline a return.

As soon as we receive the product, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift voucher, which will be sent to your registered email ID or contact number (via SMS). This gift voucher will contain a coupon code that can be applied during the Checkout/Cart page to adjust with the previously purchased product amount.
NOTE: This gift card code is valid only for 6 months, after which the code will expire and be voided. If you have any queries, please reach out to us at +91 9600094668.

Exchanges can be done only once.

Valli’s Vaseha reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if found not valid, in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you via email, WhatsApp, or a phone call.

We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For international orders (i.e., for products shipped to destinations outside India), we are unable to accept any exchange or cancellation requests.
Please Note:

Valli’s Vaseha cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/ready-made/unstitched materials after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.

If you have requested falls and edges, and/or saree tasseling/blouse detachment services to your purchased sari, exchanges are not permitted.

All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for exchange.
Dispute Resolution:

In case of any dispute regarding any cancellation or return under this policy, the customer can contact vallisvaseha@gmail.com. However, the decision of Valli’s Vaseha in such cases shall be final and binding. This policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002). The customer hereby consents to be subjected to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
