Domestic and International Shipping

Domestic Shipping

  • Valli's Vaseha offers shipping across India through reliable courier services, ensuring that the product reaches you on time and in good condition.
  • The courier charges will be borne by the customer.
  • All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of order.
  • Our courier partners will deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday during working hours, from 9 AM to 7 PM.
  • Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • All our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in tamper-proof condition.
  • An opening video is compulsory for returns or exchanges. In case there are any issues with the delivery/package, it has to be brought to our attention within 24 hours. Please write to us at vallisvaseha@gmail.com or call us at +91 9600094668.
  • All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address, please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping.
  • The shipping charges vary for different countries based on the weight of the package.
  • The shipping charges are calculated based on weight and the destination country.
  • International orders are normally processed within 10-15 business days from the date of order.
  • All international shipping will be done through reputed courier companies.
  • We strive to maintain timely and easy international shipments and deliveries.
  • All our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in tamper-proof condition.
  • Any customs duty, import tax, or GST charges should be borne by the customer, as it is not under the control of Valli's Vaseha or our shipping partners and is levied by the government of the city, state, or country of the customer.
